Cullercoats Seafront and Beach.

Cullercoats bay has a small sheltered beach that is situated between the long sweeping beaches at Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. The beach is very popular with families in summer and a boat launching ramp is still used by a few fishing cobles. The lifeboat station is still active with an inshore lifeboat based there.
